To guarantee these processes
are fulfilled LUZ-EF offers training and consultancy to the
Board of Directors and the Finance Committee. The objective
is to narrow down the gap between the Pension Fund and Asset
Managers or between the Pension Fund and its participants.
In this case, LUZ-EF offers various instruments such as: brochures,
printed and electronic, also lectures and conferences. Thus,
the organization will, in addition to financial subjects also
promote an incentive to improve knowledge in economical issues.
In the hall of services to the Boards and Committees LUZ-EF
assists the demand through trainings and seminars on finance,
actuarial parameters and legal aspects. Included, also, is
a Course on Members of the
Board Legal Responsibilities.
The objective of the Pension Fund Forum is to bring together
the institutions, to implement a favorable atmosphere to the
exchanging of information and to incorporate the importance
of effective communication. All of this with the full support
of LUZ-EF.
